YEAR-ROUND PARTNERSHIP

YEAR-ROUND PARTNERSHIP COMMUNICATION

  • Membership in Hotelmania Association (1 company representative) and resulting publication of an “intro” on Facebook – BE MY GUEST, which entails the opportunity to participate in all activities (active involvement in projects and networking)
  • Event website – logo placement + possible dedicated subpage for the Partner
  • Logos on electronic graphic materials promoting the event
  • All social media platforms associated with Hotelmania and BE MY GUEST – dedicated Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn posts, as well as Instagram stories and reels, interviews, and other video materials created by Hotelmania featuring people/products/brands – frequency to be determined
  • Natural integration of the Partner among materials dedicated to specific values that will be discussed during the event (e.g., ECO, Sustainable Development, etc.)
  • Tagging the Partner’s profiles in publications related to the overall event organization and other contextually relevant posts related to the Partner’s presence
  • Involvement of the Hotelmania community – schools, hotels, online community – in contests, competitions – approximately 4 events with around 100 participants each in schools throughout the year

DURING THE EVENT - DAY 1 - EDUTAINMENT

  • Partner Stand – up to 9 sqm
  • Own “meet & greet” area with networking and product/service presentations – arranged in the form of “Speed Dates” – partners & hotels & schools
  • Logo presentation + commercial clip on screens (reception, foyer, entrance to halls)
  • Logo presentation + commercial clip on the main screen (like in a cinema – before each session)

DURING THE EVENT - DAY 2 - OUTDOOR GAME

  • “Much more effective engagement with conference participants (as opposed to traditional alternatives like having a logo on the conference website or branding the conference space) and the opportunity to convey information in a subtle way – by appropriately selecting the content of the question, we can provide an answer that includes the information the partner would like to communicate, for example, employer branding
  • Opportunity to show the company through people – the videos will feature employees/faces of the company –  it’s easier to like people than entire companies
  • Gamification – a fantastic and innovative way to better engage and generate greater involvement of participants. This is also a brilliant way to create a positive impression of the brand
  • “A non-marketing message” – we convey marketing information in a way that doesn’t associate with a straight, typical advertisement

TRADE MEDIA

  • Quarterly press articles announcing the event (link to Partner’s website)
  • Press articles about the values and solutions based on those values (+ photo)
  • One month before – one month after: weekly reposts of our posts on Facebook groups (approximately 20K members)
  • Press articles (link to Partner’s website) for the final countdown and event summary

OUR LOCAL EVENTS

  • Local events at schools (4 events per year) with approximately 80-100 participants (pupils + local authorities + representatives of local businesses)
  • We promote Partner of  BE MY GUEST 2023 based on the personal stories/video/physical presence
  • Press articles for hotel trade media and Facebook groups
  • Communication on local television

PARTNERSHIP TERMS

  • Support of the event organization budget in the amount of 24 000,00  PLN NET (12 x 2 000,00 PLN from the moment of contract signing)
  • Support of the event organization budget in the amount of 20 000,00 PLN NET (50% upon contract signing / 50% max 3 months before the event)
  • Competition exclusivity (selection of up to 5 competing brands that cannot participate as event Partners) + 50% of the total partnership price
